Cancellation and Rescheduling PoliciesOMOA wants every guest to have an amazing adventure, and we work very hard to ensure that everyone leaves happy. When reservations are made we staff the park accordingly and potentially turn away other customers.
If reservations are cancelled on short notice we still have the same expenses. For those reasons we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policies.
To cancel your reservation, you must contact us at least 10 days in advance. A refund of your deposit can be given minus a $20 processing fee, or you can reschedule your visit (according to availability).
Within 10 days of the reservation, a 50% refund can be given minus a $20 processing fee. Reservations can be rescheduled (according to availability) at no cost, one time with at least 3 days advanced notice.
Within 3 days of the reservation we cannot reschedule or give refunds.
Weather PolicyOld Mountain Outdoor Adventures and Treetop Quest Mississippi operates rain or shine during regular hours of operation. In the presence of thunder and lightning all activities will be stopped until the severe weather passes. Depending on conditions, staff may also stop or pause activities for heavy down pours. We carefully monitor weather conditions in order to notify participants and visitors before arrival if same day weather related park closures are likely or necessary.
Refunds are not issued. In case of weather related park closures, rain checks may be given depending on the participant or groups time spent in the park. Rain checks may be redeemed on another day of your or your groups choosing during normal hours and days of operation.
Deposit PoliciesFor groups who have contacted us directly for reservations (not for tickets purchased online), deposit and cancellation policies are as follows:
